Write a 4-5 page paper in which you address the following:

1. Describe the industry and industry trends.

2. Identify three issues facing the industry and the potential causes of those issues.

3. Discuss how data can help address these industry issues.

4. Propose two recommendations for solving these issues in the industry, and identify the data needed to track progress.

Provide a minimum of 2 references.
