Covid-19 has witnessed the deaths of thousands of people throughout the year, and the most affected ones are the doctors and physicians. The transmission rate of disease is relatively high. It is beyond expectations, so it is necessary to ensure the virtual visits of patients and the doctors need to accompany them through the internet.

· AT THIS TIME, TELEHEALTH HAS BECOME NECESSARY, AND IT IS THE NEED OF THE HOUR THAT EVERYONE SHOULD HAVE ACCESS TO TELEHEALTH. IT HAS BEEN OBSERVED THAT THE GOVERNMENT HAS ASSISTED A LOT DURING THE CORONAVIRUS. STILL, THE CURRENT ISSUE OF ACCESSIBILITY NEEDS TO BE RESOLVED, AND CONGRESS SHOULD PAY ATTENTION TO IT.

· TELEHEALTH IS ONE OF THE RECENT APPROACHES IN HEALTHCARE AND MANAGEMENT. IT IS SEEN THAT THE HEALTH CARE MANAGEMENT ALWAYS REMAINS BUSY MAKING NEW PLANS AND INNOVATIONS FOR THE CLIENTS. THERE IS A LOT TO DO FOR PATIENTS' HEALTH, AND THE GOVERNMENT MUST PROVIDE THE BEST POSSIBLE FACILITIES TO THE PUBLIC.

· The main concern of the problem is related to the poor class of society who does not have access to Medicare's proper facilities. The government should make an action plan that could help them out to get the accessibility of telehealth. (Triana, 2020).

ANOTHER ISSUE..

…is the development cost as fewer companies are willing to spend on telehealth in the rural areas as the standard of living is low coupled with unemployment rates.

Know that people cannot already afford the use of telehealth. If they are asked to adopt it as there are many benefits, they will adopt a few times, and they will return to traditional physical checkups. The urban areas have different thinking approaches, and the citizens want to have a well-developed telehealth system (chen, 2020).

The health department has less budget that cannot fulfill the requirements of system implementation in the villages. So, the regional government does not pay attention to the trending of telehealth benefits. The people have to continue the physical visits that are highly damaging during the coronavirus and the years ahead.

Digital literacy is another big hurdle in the accessibility of telehealth. Telehealth requires the users to be literate, and they should have sound knowledge of using android phones or laptops. If they do not have such knowledge, access to telehealth is not possible. It has been seen that these problems persist in the rural areas where education is not common.

The literacy rate is lower, and the old-aged people do not have caretakers. The caretakers are required with the aged patients; otherwise, it is difficult for them to access the digital healthcare facilities (Castaneda, 2020).
