You will learned the following objectives after reading the chapters for unit 2: You will be able to understand how to create and modify a template. You will be knowledgeable on how to use an outline and how to create and/or edit a presentation in Outline View. You will be familiar with the many printing options that are available and you will be able to make the best printing selection. You will be able to reuse slides or import outlines into a presentation and create sections to organize your presentation. You will become very comfortable modifying themes and slide masters. You will become well-informed on slide show design principles which will lead you to avoid common mistakes in presentations. You will know the difference between Shapes, SmartArt and WordArt which will allow you to make wise decisions of when and how to incorporate them into your presentation. Also, you will be able to navigate through the exercises to apply the skills covered in the chapter.
