Poer Point presentation
Many people are familiar with using the ThemesThemes under the Design tab and there are various styles to choose from. I prefer to use styles that have a more professional appearance to them, but I wouldn't use that style if I was presenting for an audience of elementary kids. So, you must consider your audience when you are selecting a theme and you can change the Variants, colors, fonts, and effects used in the theme. You can even change the background styles and all of these options are under the Design tab. Variants are very easy to ignore because it is to the right of the themes and it is easy to overlook. Variants allow you to change the fonts and colors within the same design theme which can add a new look to your presentation.
I love using shapes for emphasis, reminders and/or to make a point in my presentations. ShapesShapes are a visual element that can be used as an illustration or a diagram to add clarity to a presentation. I use shapes regularly and you could actually use them to create a very attractive blueprint. Shapes are in the Illustrations group which can be found under the Insert tab. There are all sorts of shapes that you can use such as lines, rectangles, circles and squares. You can fill your shape with a color such as a solid color, texture, preset gradients or patterns. SmartArtSmartArt feature enables you to create a diagram and to enter the text of your message in one of the many existing layouts. A SmartArt diagram creates a layout for your information, provides a pane for quickly entering information, automatically sizes shapes and text, and gives you the ability to switch between layouts, making it easy to choose the most effective layout. WordArt is text that uses special effects based on styles in the WordArt gallery to call attention to the text. In WordArt, special effects apply to the text itself, not the shape surrounding the text.
