branding statement. This is a continuation of the live personal branding mind map exercise we will do during the final class webinar.
Take the principles of personal branding learned during class to create a branding statement that tells the reader who you are, what your specialties are, and what kind of work you are looking for. This statement is one sentence that encapsulates all that you want a potential employer to know about you – using powerful and action-oriented verbs.
What this statement should include:
• Who you are: a writer, legal professional, advertising specialist, etc. • What your specialties are: creating engaging copy, highly organized, multi-
cultural collaboration, etc. • What kind of work you are looking for: challenging organizational problems to
creatively solve, creating advertising copy that inspires, finding the most efficient and profitable solutions to production challenges, etc.
Format This activity must meet the following formatting requirements:
• No wordcount; however, your statement should be no more than two sentences long!
