Formulate a public policy for public service providers outlining a bridge over the digital divide in public service organizations using information learned from those articles researched in Modules One thru Seven and any additional articles you deem you will need for successful completion of the project as outlined below.

Your Final Project Paper is to be submitted in the following format or organization:

i. Cover Page to include the Course Title and Number, Your Name, Title of Final Paper, Professor’s Name, and Date

ii. Acknowledgment of own original work certification statement.

Iii. Table of Contents

Pages 1 prepare an abstract of the purpose of the policy including its historical development. The abstract should not exceed 300 words.

Pages 2-4 list three other jurisdictions that have also developed polices to bridge the digital divide. Each jurisdiction’s case study should be explained in a summary that does not exceed 300 words each and be placed on its own page.

Pages 5-7 based on your research list possible alternatives and practices for your policy and then choose what you believe to be the best alternative and explain your reasoning. This section should be a minimum of 900 words.

Pages 8 discuss the consequences of not implementing your policy, within 300 words.

Pages 9-10 discuss how your policy will be implemented and evaluated to determine. This is a method by which the proposed policy will be assessed, to include possible observation, experimental design, survey and/or examination of official records. Not to exceed 650 words.
