Pages 2-4 list three other jurisdictions that have also developed polices to bridge the digital divide. Each jurisdiction’s case study should be explained in a summary that does not exceed 300 words each and be placed on its own page.
Pages 5-7 based on your research list possible alternatives and practices for your policy and then choose what you believe to be the best alternative and explain your reasoning. This section should be a minimum of 900 words.
Pages 8 discuss the consequences of not implementing your policy, within 300 words.
Pages 9-10 discuss how your policy will be implemented and evaluated to determine. This is a method by which the proposed policy will be assessed, to include possible observation, experimental design, survey and/or examination of official records. Not to exceed 650 words.
