Instructions and Requirements this is a 2 part project a word doc report then a power point that ties into it. On the power point I will have to present it in 7-9 miutes

Project Assignment:
Create a hypothetical public safety organization of 1000 employees. Use the EMS organization (I live in Fort Myers Florida USA Fort Myers is in Lee Couty). Your mission is to analyze this organization as an Executive Leader. In order to accomplish this, several questions must be researched and answered. These findings are compiled in a final project paper as outlined below. a power point presentation, to the class of your findings.
The Final Paper is to be written in the following format:
i. Cover Page to include the Course Title and Number, Your Name, Title of Final Paper, Professor’s Name, and Date
ii. Acknowledgment of own original work certification statement.

Pages 6-7 List the goals of the organizations and how the employees of the organization will achieve the organizational goals.
Pages 8-9 Discuss how the human resources component of this organization will take into consideration the legal components governing hiring, promotions, evaluations, grievances, discrimination, and collective bargaining citing the most up-to-date legal decisions in these areas. Discuss how this will affect your policy implementation in these areas.
