Abstract

The paper is all about my favorable leader and whom am always impressed with his work. Therefore, at the end of it I am going to do some research on the good things as well as the possible changes which may be effective to the leaders’ ideas. In this paper will talk more about the good qualities which are possessed by the favorite leader of my choice and prove it right about his leadership qualities. Through the wide learning of much about the leader will also enable us to know whether the leader is capable of taking part in other areas as well. More details about the leader will be covered in this paper illustrating the reasons as to why he is the leader I admire.

Steve jobs

Steve jobs in this case is the leader whom I admire a lot due to his entrepreneurship knowledge as well as the being very good in the development of the technology which takes place in most of the Areas. Him being the chief executive officer of the Apple electronic company has ranked him one of the favorite leader on my side. He is the main reason as to why large percentage of people are widely happily enjoying the digital way of living with improved technology especially when it comes to communication since he introduced computers, iPad and also iPhone which are currently used in communication. The result of these activities were all lead by the creativity and the vision which was in this man.as a result the revolution of the technology was experienced at this particular time since this was a new experience worldwide since there was no other person who had to tried to make a certain change for quite some time.

Good role models

With the respect to the leader I admire we are going to learn more about some standards which are very important to be observed in this case. In our first event we are going to talk more about the leaders’ act of being good role models. In this case the leaders should be focused and ever determined in whatever they plan to do. This is the way my favorable leader Steve job took since he always stood firm with his plans and projects and kept on pushing for better end results. Through his push on the Apple company and ending up to creation of many related electronics which completely transformed the way of living was a good evidence of a good leader. Remember this was an act which had taken long before getting any other courageous person to do such achievements.

Inspiring and vision sharing

According to paroby et all 2010 leaders should be people of inspiring as it happened to be in the case of Steve jobs. He encouraged teams on working on new ideas and also coming up with programs which can lead to new products.

Challenge the process

Another quality here is the idea of being able to challenge the process in any kind of situation a leader finds himself in. According to Tracey, 1994 a competent author indicated that leaders should ensure that wide research is keenly conducted always. In order to successfully deal with a company one has to allow the step by step idea in order to succeed instead of rushing to have all the activities done in the same time.it is in the same case Steve job did his things in a systematic way which enabled him to get to the higher point of the electronics. He would completely challenge the process by applying different ideas as well as borrowing them.

ENCOURAGING AND INVOLVING OTHERS

Additionally, leaders must also learn how to involve other people in the processes and motivate them to always encourage team work since this will lead to different ideas. As leaders should ensure that the rest of the members have freedom at work in order to ensure full delivery. They should also encourage the employers whenever they attain anything and also motivate them either by rewarding or even giving incentives. This was what Steve job used to ensure to the members he used to lead and also encouraged them to take part in the processes he was dealing with. He always strengthened his members and also encouraged them to take part even if is in teams in order to combine the ideas. He would create favorable environmrrnt for each and every one to take Part in the company and ensure that they take place. He could also allow other people to experience the feeling of great people by positively commenting their achievements.

Steve job credibility

According to Grasse et al, 2014 for easy task of the leaders they should be people who are trusted by their members in order to ensure smooth running. This is because it is very easy to follow people who are believed as well as convincing as a leader. The leaders should be always persuasive and be able to ensure his people that all shall go on well. This was the kind of characters which Steve jobs possessed in such a way that the members could always feel comfortable when he is ahead of them. They believed that every statement he made was for sure accomplished. It was with these qualities he was able to make it in his Apple organization leading to positive end results and having followers behind him.

Steve jobs effectiveness in other activities

Due to the strictness of him which was experienced whenever he found the people were not doing as he instructed as well as hard measures which he could take on people would not allow him to be effective on other activities. This is due to tempers which he had as person could not allow him to be a teacher neither take place in politics. He could particularly take place in business related matters.

Conclusion

Steve job being the leader I admire was a man of vision with knowledge about technology as well as being an entrepreneur which lead to him being the Apple company chief executive organization. He had the ability to unite as well as encourage and strengthen his members in the company. He could also encourage their members to always have courage and get involved in their activities. Generally, Steve jobs had the best qualities of a leader and this resulted to me being one of his admirer. Despite his good leadership qualities would not take part in other areas such as politics or even teaching.
