Project Title:

Construction of an Animal Shelter in West Texas

Purpose:

The purpose of this project is to develop a plan for a local government funded animal shelter in West Texas.

Description:

The animal shelter will be a facility that will house and care for homeless or unwanted animals. The shelter will provide a safe and clean environment for the animals, as well as provide medical care and adoption services (Hawes et al, 2022).

Objective:

The objective of this project is to create a plan for the construction and operation of the animal shelter. The plan will include a budget, a staffing plan, and a marketing plan.

Success Criteria or Expected Benefits:

The success criteria for this project include the development of a detailed plan for the animal shelter that is within the budget and timeline set by the sponsors. Additionally, the shelter should be able to meet the needs of the animals in its care and be able to successfully place them in permanent homes (Protopopova et al, 2021).

Funding:

This project will be funded by the local government.

Major Deliverables:

The major deliverables for this project include the animal shelter plan, the budget, the staffing plan, and the marketing plan(Hotra, 2022).
