3- Did the American Revolution affect women?
4- What is the interrelationship between gender and nationalism as seen in the instances in which women mobilized iconographic ally and allegorized as liberators?
5-How did women cope with an all-male military institution during the American Revolution?
6-How did the Daughters of Liberty make contributions towards the reinforcement of a conservative, patriotic discourse?

WHAT IS AN ANNOTATION?
An annotation is a brief description or summary (no more than two paragraphs) that identifies and explains the following:
Overall topic of the article
Author’s argument
The primary sources used to write the article
Follow This Template:

In this article (author’s name) uses (this kind of primary sources) to examine (the historical event, development, etc. with the approximate date or time period). (The author’s last name) argues that (state the main argument in your won words). Follow up with a direct quote of the argument from the author’s work. Construct a footnote in the Chicago Style. Summarize the journal in several sentences. Continue on with a discussion of some specific examples of primary sources and sub-arguments. This annotation should be one to two well-developed and written paragraphs with multiple direct quotes with footntotes/endnotes.
Completed Assignment:
Submit the entire bibliography with the five journal articles annotated with footnotes/endnotes in the Chicago Style (required). This portion of the assignment is worth 100 points and will only be graded once.
