Your response to Week #2 Assignment titled “Compose a Problem Statement”, your articulation of concise problem statement including appropriate published or relevant primary sources to document the existence of a problem worthy of doctoral level research provided valuable insight to the reader. However, you could have improved the effectiveness of the paper by including the following:
Leverage industry examples for your topic. See how the competition is doing and how you can incorporate key strategies into your organization
What metrics would you track to measure the effectiveness of the strategy proposal?
Include graphical illustrations wherever you have description of a topic. Illustration means, a block diagram, chart, table, graph etc.
Include qualitative and quantitative statements in your analysis. Use numbers, percentages, $ values as much as possible
Overall, you have done a great job in pulling various components of the paper. I am looking forward to an improved version in Week #3 based on the above feedback.
