Off all health problems, obesity can be defined as an underweight, overweight and obesity in adults and children. Obesity being a highly prevalent across different age in the society, and due to its great implication as a predisposing factor in sedentary illness, effective strategies have to be developed as mitigation efforts. These strategies have to be diversified to meet the problem pattern with majority of the measures targeting early youth population in order for the adult population to remain health. Many ways that we can target these changes include major dietary change, being in a peaceful emotional state of mind, and off course medications from your primary care provider.
