Outline (15 points) Due: 4/23/18

Follow the guidelines and example in the Outline Information pdf on Blackboard to create a full sentence outline. A formal outline is supposed to be structured in the same way that your final paper will be, and is also supposed to include every point, example, and explanation/analysis that you will include in your paper. In addition, you should show how each source is being used. This means that you should use full quotations in places where you are quoting in the paper and paraphrases in places where you are paraphrasing in the paper. You also need to show how you are explaining/analyzing this sourced material for the reader. This takes time and organization, but it will make it much easier to write your draft. You can use whichever type of headings and subheadings you are most comfortable with (Roman numerals: I, II, etc., or decimals: 1, 1.1, 2, 2.1, etc.). You can look at the example outline on the pdf to get started. As this assignment is replacing the rough draft of this paper, I expect the outline to be as detailed as your rough draft would be. You will bring 2 copies to class as well as submit your outline online to Turnitin by 9:55am on the 23rd.
