In the first two milestones, you have identified your topic, developed a list of research questions, and selected potential reference sources, and submitted this in previous assignments.  You have received feedback from your instructor and should have a solid understanding of the direction you want to go with your research paper.

In this Milestone, you develop an outline of your paper and submit that for additional feedback from your instructor prior to writing your actual paper.
