Does God exists?
1. Introduction
The question about existence of God has brought about confusion and have thus resulted to several denominations existing in the world today. However, several theories have been brought about by philosophers each having a different view of how the world came into existence and what forces contributed to the buildup of the world. Other individuals have ended up believing that there is no God and hence they have remained to be atheists up to date. This paper will examine several arguments that have been proposed and argue in support of the existence of a supernatural God.
2. Body
First Argument
The Law of Mathematics and Physics: The law of gravity had existed before it was discovered and theorized by Isaac Newton, yet this law has never been broken till date. Is there a supernatural hand behind this?
Second Argument
Laws of nature like the rotation of the earth, light and sound travel perhaps prove that there is a powerful being behind it?
Third Argument
The uniformity of the universe: the complexity of the world points to hidden and vast wisdom used in the design of every object on the universe, this same excellent standard exists everywhere on the earth’s planet.
Fourth Argument
Human Consciousness: Physical body being controlled by human consciousness is a great mystery that cannot fully be understood by the human finding and research. The existence of a supernatural body that controls the universe may be a viable explanation
3. Conclusion
In conclusion, scientific attempts to prove that God does not exist have failed and no one can claim to have proved God does not exist. No single scientific theory can explain the reasons for the universe coming into being. In addition, no scientist can answer the question; who designed the components of the universe to ensure that it supports life?
Although many argue for God non-existence by the presence of evil in the world, people have been significant in perpetuating this evil, there is a lot of good happening too which men are equally instrumental too.
Finally, the appearance of ideas of human advancement at the same time also point to the existence of God. Many arguments have been put forward to oppose the existence of God, many of these theories have not been enough to prove the non-existence of God. Some may even argue that it takes more faith to believe that there is no God due to evidence of a “greater hand” in the earth’s design.
