Topic: Ethnic markets influence a lot for people in the society.
Working title: How do you like ethnic markets?
Working Thesis: Ethnic market plays an important role in the society. Because, it influences a lot in the society, and brings a lot of convenience and benefits for ethnic population and local people.

·Simply Demonstrate the influence of the ethnic market the society.
Thesis: Ethnic market plays an important role in the society. Because, it influences a lot in the society and brings convenience and benefits for ethnic population and local people.
II. Body paragraph:
a. Topic sentence: Ethnic markets bring plenty of benefits for the ethnic people.

First point: The price of stuff in ethnic market is cheap.
Quotation: “You’ll definitely save money. A lot of money! The difference is really dramatic”. For example, “At Cousin’s, most everything feels like it’s priced at 20 to 50 percent less than mass-market competitors. Five pounds of fresh chicken legs for $3; 18 large eggs for $2; a pound of unsalted for $2”.
Second point: Because the development of ethnic market, there are more new food that people can choose. And people usually can find the products they want in ethnic market.
Quotation: “You’ll also discover new foods, and new combination of foods (the combination of Sriracha sauce with, well, just about everything is a good example). Those food will typically be high quality and not over-processed (so, generally healthier)”.

b. Topic sentence: Ethnic markets attracts more immigrants to make their business in ethnic community. It develops the local economy.
First point: More immigrants flow into ethnic community, because of ethnic markets. Later these immigrants make many contributions to build the ethnic community, such like the new Chinatown in Philadelphia.

Second point: More international students are attracted by ethnic market and ethnic food in ethnic community. Their consumption promotes the development of ethnic community.

Point: people can open their horizon in ethnic market. Because, we will meet people who are from different cultural background.
