VI. PROOFREADING

PART B: It may be necessary to remove unwanted page breaks that appear in your outline document. In other word, to keep the title on the same page with the outline:

1. Strike Ctrl + Home 2. Strike Ctrl + A - this selects the entire documents 3. On the Home Tab Ribbon - go to the Paragraph Grouping and Click the arrow button on

the right side-this brings up the Paragraph Dialog Box 4. Click on the Line and Page Breaks Tab at the top of the dialog box. 5. Select - Keep with Next

Keep lines together Click OK

A. Check for 100% accuracy. B. Proofread for content. C. Proofread for typographical errors. D. Proofread for format.

6. All unwanted page breaks should now be removed from the document. 7. Apply page breaks to the document - if needed. CTRL + ENTER 8. STRIKE CTRL + A and switch the font color to - BLACK 9. SAVE the document under the name Writing Part B
