In preparation for the Project, submit an outline for your paper that identifies the following:

· Type of disaster (focusing event);

· Environment (physical, political, social);

· Exposed problems by media and social outlets;

· Inequities in society and vulnerable populations;

· Policy change; and

· Future implementation on emergency planning.

Your submission should be 1-2-pages in length and conform to APA guidelines
