Outline For Response Paper

Summary: US north-east is having heated up by 2C (3.6F) on average since the 20th century. By emitting carbon dioxide, rising heat to the world. This will become an important public health issue to deal with in the future.

Body Paragraph

- Big jump of the temperature, the sea surface temperatures, anomalous winds, and flash flooding are happening by the global increasing heat.

- One of the most important things to cut planet- heating quickly is to stop emit carbon dioxide.

- I agree that we must help each other to slow down the climate that keep heating up every single year.

Concluding: People around the world, every country and all the governments must pay attention and get a quick react and response to stop all the factors that can lead to increase the climate.
