There are ways such as Perspective taking that we can overcome our own implicit bias, discuss how you will employ that technique to help you overcome implicit bias as you enter nursing practice:

1. Perspective taking: The cognitive component of empathy, perspective taking can reduce bias and inhibit unconscious stereotypes and prejudices.
