Introduction
The main objective behind this paper is to work towards creating a professional plan that is meant to be utilized in my MSN-prepared Nurse ca- reer. The MSN degree is one that offers graduates an education that is advanced within nursing with various differing specialties of choice. As a result, it is very crucial to ensure a professional development plan that is well elaborated is developed for guidance in career progression.
This professional plan of development will comprise of several aspects, like leadership roles, scholarship activities, intended goals in addi- tion to social forces. There will be strategies meant for attaining long and short-term goals. This plan will be incorporating continuous learning plus self-assessment strategies. My intention is to utilize my MSN qualifications in preparing flexible nurses capable of addressing
gaps within the growing healthcare necessities (Altmiller, et.al, 2018). Focus Area
My particular focus area is the nursing research, this is a professional field that focuses on offering evidence as well as recommendations for suitable practices. The nursing research has gained massive popularity ever since the approaches that are evidence-based were consid- ered as the major analysis methods. The nursing education has its focus on utilizing acquired evidence via research in explaining the medical intervention programs rationale. The change experienced in the healthcare system shows that the program on nursing education is sup- posed to envision the future anticipation for addressing challenges. MSN program helps in preparing candidates to become leaders of change through enhancing the clinical care quality. Practically, the delivery of an effective healthcare within the society relies on the knowledge level regarding nursing interventions. My intention is to become a Clinical Nurse researcher, to work in a Healthcare system. People in this po- sition, end up performing lots of activities, inclusive of laboratory tests, health evaluations, medicine prescription and pharmacological care.
Nevertheless, it is a profession that is designed explicitly meant to evaluate plus implement the programs for intervention. A specialist in clinical nurse education gets to coordinate the multidisciplinary teams’ efforts in achieving plans that are alternative in addressing the chal- lenges related to patient care. My expectation is instilling a long-life learning culture via incorporating most appropriate practices attained through consistent observation of evidence, aiming to enhance the current care. MSN-prepared nurse should be in possession of several edu- cation competencies to improve their effectiveness when training. They are supposed to have updates on the curriculum latest guidelines for inspiring building of knowledge via research as well as evidence. In addition, the nursing educators should be astute thinkers, adequate problem solvers plus effective communicators. Educators ought to be suitable leaders, effective team members, creators, collaborators plus professionals. The qualities promote practice that is based on evidence through inspiring learning via collaboration (Cantwell, et.al, 2020).

My priority is to use my skills, theory, and knowledge in recognizing the needs related to patient care via critical thinking mainly fir therapeutics reasons. Systematic enhancement of the healthcare expertise needs thinking that is transformative plus changes that are evolutionary within graduate education in overcoming challenges. Additionally, the knowledge generation, technology explosion, diversity expansion plus globalization underscores the essence of preparing nurses to function within a healthcare environment that is flexible. Due to this, my objec- tive is designing a program that aids nurses in developing excellence via consistent enhancement. It is essential to have the gap filled in be- tween practice and theory through evaluating consistently the intervention programs intervention programs. My second goal is leading plus creating teams that are collabora- tive in enhancing learning that is life-long. The entire EBP incorporation within nursing relies on the nurse’s capacity in analyzing and evaluating the prove for enhancing practice.
