A data store is a platform used to store as well as manage data collection, but also simpler store types such as simple files, emails etc. Depending on the or-

ganization, a data store can be classified as an application-specific data store, an operational data store, or a centralized data store. Additionally, a database can be designed and implemented using specially designed software or through typical database applications. A data store is designed to store the information contained in a database for easy access. Information storage as well as collection plays a huge role during email search. Email search is a concept whereby a user tries to ac-

cess a specific email in the fastest way possible. Users have devised different ways to easily access their emails, use of key words is one way to easily access an email whereby an email is saved using a specific word to help in the search. Email classification is another technique used by users to easily access their emails, here, emails are classified based on urgency which help users to know where exactly to find a certain email without going through all emails, hence saving time. Information stor- age is a critical element of a productive organization. Organization must save all its records as well as monitor any expense that comes with this process. On top of that, they must keep up with track of records that are currently not used for tax, lawful purposes and assist you with preparing for the future. The more organization grows, the more information they gather. At the point when they store this information on paper, tremendous amounts of room will be needed. Use of paper as a source of data storage leads to many things. Costs are more in storage, the hunt for files is harder, and the files are taking up more and more space. Further-

more, papers can be easily destroyed in an event of a fire or flood. The alternative is digital storage. Electronically storing business data does not create the

same issues as physical storage and has some advantages as well.
