Cloud Computing Technologies Today, many organizations have leveraged Cloud Computing technologies due to competitive advantage or in an attempt to improve profitability. During this covid-19 pandemic, some organizations benefited by leveraging cloud computing technologies to improve the business's reliability,
stability, and security, for instance, the Massachusetts Department of Unemployment Assistance. In this paper, I would select an organization to understand the chal- lenges they faced and how they intended to use Cloud Computing to overcome their challenges. The paper will be divided into subsections, that is, organization overview, challenges, solutions, and conclusion. Organization Overview The organization selected for this project is the Massachusetts Department of Unemployment Assistance. The organization provides Unemployment insurance to people with no employment. The department is the third-biggest government initiative that
serves state residents by transferring funds to individuals out of luck and helping unemployment obstacles. Unemployment insurance is a joint state-govern-
ment program that gives money advantages to qualified residents (Fisher, 2018). The government law has not many base rules to administrate qualification.
Furthermore, each state has its customization to the government laws dependent on the state economy and business openings. Joblessness insurance offers to
purchase fundamental requirements, such as housing, clothing, transport, and groceries, to as of late jobless legal residents. Challenges The Massachusetts Depart- ment of Unemployment Assistance utilizes many of the software applications to run its activities. The applications offer various assistance to a great many indi-
viduals by managing a huge number of dollars consistently. These software applications utilize legacy programming technologies, for example, on-premise
