Organ Leader & Decision Making (ITS-630-31) Dr. Eric Straw

Santhosh Reddy BasiReddy 07/18/2020

Question one Regarding the professionalism that was initially observed as a big mistake by Tonya, he does not seem o be

ready to work in such a unified ecosystem. Tonya looked for another path that enabled him to comprehend the difference between professional and professionalism.

He specifically discovered that professionalism has around five principles to be considered. One of the essential principles focuses on personal appearance and manners in the working place. Tonya

spotted Josh wearing pants and polo at work and was not amused. With research and experience, there are various expectations that a company would like its workers to meet. Such expectations include finishing work on time, following the supervisor’s instructions, having a positive

attitude always, respecting everyone, being responsible, and delivering the expected results. The expectations are usually accorded to all workers upon employment, and they should always uphold them.

Meeting the company’s expectations will enable the people and company to grow. People should also look professional while at work. Appearance and grooming help workers to gain more

respect from other workers, which builds self-confidence and leads to better opportunities. Another obstacle recognized by Tonya was in the unified culture. The development and thoughts that Josh

achieved in social computing utilization intended to benefit the association.

achieved in social computing utilization intended to benefit the association. Besides, the marketing strategy plan was indulged by the involvement of social networking and media that was

good work in marketing the business’ commodities. Unfortunately, easy access to social networking that included social media platforms, like LinkedIn and

Twitter, was prohibited by the unified culture.

The organization needs more information regarding IT utilization in association with representatives to ensure better and effective administration to achieve the business’s goals and objectives (Baker, 2020). This will help in

adopting better marketing strategies by incorporating technology in business matters. Tonya also discovered the absence of a technological budget to provide evidence on the expense and benefits o the issue at hand. Tonya

saw the ability to distinguish how to polish this issue as a great obstacle. It is essential to have some technological budget, which helps implement the latest technologies to enable the company to easily access the

customers through the Internet. There was negativity in the association’s operation in the typical procedure outlined by Rick, who is accused of

poor security and privacy architecture and risk management. The company should have a good technological budget to manage IT costs in terms of advertising and marketing products on social media or other technological means. The technological budget will also enable the company to adjust and control its spending in response to various market changes. It will also enable the business to be more innovative in terms of accessing customers and retaining them. IFG also has other expectations, such as

hiring the right people for the right roles. This can be done by employing people based on their skills and knowledge and employing using interviews, presentations, and references. Employers should be careful to employ qualified people and assess their interaction with others and personality. They should also employ

honest and self-driven people with adequate experience to assist the company in becoming more innovative and growing. The business will thrive by employing the correct workers, who respect consumers and co-workers

alike. Such workers help cultivate the best consumer service experience ("The Importance Of Hiring The Right People - New To HR", 2020). This will benefit the company greatly and give it a great competitive advantage in

the market. Question 2

Josh can win support for his team’s three-point plan using technology to assist IFG to access its consumers by

Josh can win support for his team’s three-point plan using technology to assist IFG to access its consumers by carrying out a test to the three ideas and clearly documenting each step’s progress and outcome. Also, having a risk evaluation and analysis will help back up questions Rick and John might have. Josh should have the business case and the budget prepared with the technologies required on the two ends, regardless of whether or not the

three-point plan succeeds. With all his information at hand, the team will gain adequate support to accomplish the task. As per the plan,

the outcome will enable Josh to get Rick and John’s support since the ideas are ideal and well thought of. This will also ensure that all the business requirements and needs are well met.

The main idea is to directly connect the business with consumers regarding the new product ideas using an interactive website with quick assistance and response from the internal employees. Further, outlining this

move’s cost, the number of workers required to respond to customers and the workers responsible for creating or developing the business website.

7

It is also vital to have the final GUI or the website’s interface ready for customers. Since it seems like the whole thing will offer full-time support due to the real-time response, it is vital to have some guidelines in place and training for the staff in charge of responding to customers’ inquiries and needs. Josh should organize to list all

the possible risks anticipated in the entire process and mitigation actions. There should also be a risk evaluation and analysis program to implement and execute the idea efficiently. If everything goes as planned, the company will have great customer service and retain customers for a long time. The next thing to do is ensuring that the desired idea reaches different places and gets insights into the customers’ interests and needs. The business

should conduct an informal survey to achieve this. And have a schedule of how the idea would get to the people and get effectively implemented. Questions that can be asked in such a survey include the degree of employee assistance and if the website is effective or not. The survey questions should help the business in its marketing strategies. The business can market its products successfully through adverts at places with the youth and in events attended by young people. Acknowledging the next step after gathering data and getting the outcome

will help the team to perform better. The third thing is storing the information and ideas on the cloud. This would help a lot in conducting anther risk analysis. Placing data on the cloud is advantageous to the company

would help a lot in conducting anther risk analysis. Placing data on the cloud is advantageous to the company since data is secure (Cirrus, 2020). This will help in solving different information security problems. Acknowledging how cloud technology works, any required credentials, firewall rules, data traffic, and

monitoring ports will help implement the idea successfully. The final step is integrating IT into marketing strategies. This is a very innovative idea, and nowadays, everything, including financial and marketing issues, involves information technology. The company should ensure IT is fully

centered in their marketing operations. They should use different IT tools to help the company to market its products and reach its customers successfully. Social media and networking are a great way of marketing

products, and once customers acknowledge the brand, they will be easily convinced to buy products from it. References
