Answer

Explain the role of cloud computing, traceability, RFID and other ERP solutions. There is significant value that can come from cloud computing. This can mainly be

done by migrating services from the telecom companies to the cloud’s local servers. This helps the company get rid of non-core assets and also reduce cash flow in the system which is good for the company’s future, (Kingsnorth, 2016). When it comes to traceability the telecom company is required to have a tab on all of its

assets. This way RFID tags might be used when there is a need to identify assets. Also retrieving them becomes easy and theft is reduced too. On the other hand,

ERP solutions are used when the company requires streamlining business solutions and helping in asset management, revenue management, and resource management. Also, it can help when it comes to scheduling processes that take place in the business and can reduce redundancy and isolation of information. Systems of RFID are normally applied in the operations of logistics. The group of Mohammad Yousuf naghi operates with a vast structure of logistics that makes use of the RFID system in the identification of packages and deliveries to all international locations. Discuss the industry response towards the use of ICT and various

tools discussed above. For a very longtime acknowledging benefits has been considered to be the main source of motivation for organizations. Nevertheless, research has been devoted to business ethics:

". learning of connected morals that spotlight on the ethical parts of the business”, (Kingsnorth, 2016). ". The main question that is being answered by these

connected morals, "how, and in whose interests, should the company be represented?” For some time now in different kinds of settings, an unsociable reaction was regarded as in the understanding of the Shareholder Milton Friedman's theory which clearly states that “the organization's errand is to augment benefits in the interests of investors because more as of late, different positions have risen, for example, that held by Edward R. Freeman to whom we owe the Theory of Partners in ICT, RFID, and ERP that insists that the organization must be overseen to take into account the interests of all partners with whom it is seeing someone”. ERP, E- Auction, CSR, E-Procurement, and RFID each contain a way through which everyone can assist the company in accomplishing organizational benefits irrespective of their position. Evaluate the effectiveness of E-Procurement and E-Auction. Distributed computing is an exemplary case of a socio-specialized framework in

which innovation likewise incorporates authoritative social esteems. For some organizations, it is profitable to exchange the ICT capital consumption to operational use E-procurement and E-Auction and this is the thing that distributed computing can offer. Capital use incorporates amortization of interests in the foundation, space for hardware, particular workforce, and so forth. Operational use empowers thought of the PC as an administration on request set against the premise of an installment because of utilization by disposing of the venture, (Frick, & Eyler-Werve, 2015). Then again, distributed computing is a stage in reverse towards a concentrated structure where the main substances ready to give ICT administrations are those with colossal server farms. E-Procurement and E-Auction can get to any type of utilization improvement condition, Platform as a Service and virtualized ICT assets. These administrations enable them to diminish or dispense with space for ICT gear, the procurement, and support of server frameworks and staff for ICT activities which empowers them to center fundamentally on their business.

Usability Modeling of ICT and other resources (UM) Finding the optimal solution

When dealing with linear programming, the optimization of the problem can be achieved with the optimum value occurring on either of the vertices on the area where all the feasible solutions are found. This can either be the maximum point or the minimum point when all the available points are graphed. The optimal solution is found when the objective function drops all the way to its minimum or is recorded as the maximum. An optimal solution is also known as a feasible solution. An example is in business. When recording all the income that you get, you can arrange the profit on an ascending method. You can then note the maximum and the minimum which become the optimal solutions. There is also something referred to as a globally optimal solution. This is defined as a situation where there is no presence of any more feasible solutions with better values of the objective function. The optimal solutions have either the unique value or the alternative value which is normally found when the original solution is not enough. Cost and Schedule Analysis

A cost analysis is an analysis of the budgeted cost and the one that has been used. When a project is being measured, the cost that was initially budgeted for is evaluated and then it is compared with the one that has been used to carry out the project. This measures the success of the project and the resources it has been used. It is also used to predict how the project should go and helps the company budget better for the next projects, (Kingsnorth, 2016). Moreover, the company can evaluate the areas that took up more than what was budgeted for if they are faced with such an issue. Schedule analysis focuses on comparing the initial schedule and the one that the project took. Comparing the two helps the company know exactly the extra time the project needed or makes it know if it was realistic when scheduling the project. Web-enabled Supply Chains (WEB) Customer Relationship Management

This is a strategy that is used by businesses when they want to create a solid relationship with their present and potential customers so that they can, establish loyalty and can retain them. It is very important for businesses because it is mainly aimed at increasing, the profits of the company, (McMurtry, & Hiam, 2017). The relationship between a business and its customers goes a long way as far as revenue is concerned. When customers are loyal, they tend to do business with a particular organization and do not feel the need for switching which means every customer gained by the business adds to the cash flow of the business. This, in turn, increases the revenue of the company by a big margin because all they do is add to their list of customers and strain to retain them.

Warehouse Management System

These are all the processes that take place in an organization from the time of receiving goods in a warehouse until they are taken to customers for distribution. Everything that is done to those goods until they leave the organization is looked into by the Warehouse Management System. This includes all the records taken when the goods arrive, when they are audited, sorted and even the process involved when the goods were picked. Every encounter with the goods is catered for by the Warehouse Management System which means that in case there might be something wrong the Warehouse Management System is the one that should notice it.
