Managing data — need to handle secure data for classifying category

Context management --- need to address all the required context

Supporting data — need to follow all the supporting data of student’s status whether the students are existing / drop outs / expelled to

follow the roles and responsibilities, process and procedures.

Specific data — for authenticating student’s data need to provide data verification with secure technology.

Consequences — which includes all the outcomes for providing the data to the drop out students.

Acceptable use of student Policy— Acceptable User Policy which is the policy while the administrator acknowledges through the student’s

data that are uploaded and updated regularly.

9. Confidential Data Policy— Confidential data policy is to handle privately all the student’s data to the administration and individual stu-

dent.

10. Auto-generated Email Policy— Auto-generated email is been send to students’ email-id when they log in to check any status of their

database by the company's email system to a web-based email applications or server-side applications,

11. Mobile Device Policy— Mobile devices are required for a flexible, growing, portable application to access student information by gener-

ating OTP at the log in time.

12. Network Security Policy— A secure network architecture are required to protect the data integrity having the risk of a security mea- sures with some procedures, auto-generated OTP, logs and firewall authentication, RSA pass-code for secure connection when the student ac-

cess the data remotely.

13. Password Policy— A password policy is useful for enabling students to handle their information from cyber-attack where the students

need to choose a rich and specially an alpha-numeric password in their user account.

Other policies which are important for students:

1) Plagiarism and Copyright Infringement: a) You will not plagiarize works that you find on the Internet. Plagiarism is taking the

ideas or writings of others and presenting them as if they were yours.

b) You will respect the rights of copyright owners. Copyright infringement occurs when you inappropriately reproduce a work that is pro- tected by a copyright. If a work contains language that specifies appropriate use of that work, you should follow the expressed require- ments. If you are unsure whether or not you can use a work, you should request permission from the copyright owner. Copyright law can be

very confusing. If you have questions, ask a teacher.

Respecting Resource Limits:

You will use the system only for educational activities and limited.

You will not download large files unless absolutely necessary. If necessary, you will download the file at a time when the system is not

being heavily used and immediately remove the file from the system computer to your personal computer.

You will not post chain letters or engage in "spamming". Spamming is sending an annoying or unnecessary message to a large num-

ber of people.

You will check your e-mail frequently, delete unwanted messages promptly, and stay within your e-mail quota.

You will subscribe only to high quality discussion group mail lists that are relevant to your education or career development.
