Impact of including headings and introductions in technical presentations

There are various ways that one can ensure that work is more presentable and appealing to the reader. The writer can use multiple techniques when presenting the work. The first thing is to ensure that the audience is well prepared and one comes up with the major points that will help make it easier while coming up with the presentation. The best thing is to start with the introduction and coming up with keys ways on how the pre- sentation will be generalized and come up with ideas and points outlining everything taking place in the presentation. The first thing is to choose the right heading for the presentation to help break down how the whole presentation will flow and come up with points (Alinsky & Steele, 2011).

Importance of chart labelling, captions, references, and footnotes

Some of the things will make the presentation looking more appealing and more detailed. The first thing is to come up with charts which are la- belled at the bottom and top of the presentation. The charts need to have their sperate titles to help determine that the reader has made effort and use time to show how the presentation will look like. The sources that have been used in this case will be labeled at the bottom of the work. The reason for this, is for referencing and making it easier for one to make work look more presentable. The other thing is that they help determine how the whole visualization is conducted and everything that the whole presentation will entail. It also makes it easier for one to interpret the work and also help come up with summary of the work. The labelling of charts in this case is not specify as every work will have different points and different representation. But the charts will also help capture the key information and data of the captured work and also what the report is all about. The next thing is to come up with the right referencing of the work. Refencing is added at the last page after the work has been done. Referencing en- tails the key sources that have been used while doing the work. The sources may include books, journals and newspapers that have generated the information used in the report. The aim of using references is to help someone come up with key points and also come up with more details to ac- complish the work. Typography is key at helps come up with a better representation of art and its letters to make them more appealing, legible and clear to the reader. One gets to attain them by using a key technique and appearance and the right technique as well as structure to make to elicit. It will also show the key message that is conveyed in this case to the reader. The writer comes up with a text appearance so as it will make it more attractive for the reader. The font used needs to be bold and easier for the reader. The font size needs to be appealing and the color and text chosen should attract the audience at all times. The text also come up with the right feeling and mood whenever the text has been used. The reader also has the privilege of understanding the text (Kirk, 2012). The complimentary col- or is key as well as the opposite color and is useful when coming up with something and making it stand out. But one does not need to use too much of it as it will look bad and one will not understand the message being portrayed. One also needs to show how the colors are used more so the analogous colors. One can come up colors that relates with each other by determining the three dominant colors. The dominating color in this case will come up with an accent. Radiant colors involve the use of three colors as one will dominate the rest. Presentation layout, arrange- ment, and sizing

The layout in this case will have three key elements such as the introduction, body and conclusion. The sizing and arrangement will comprise of the introductory paragraph which is 10% of the whole work.

The next thing is the body which and lastly the conclusion. The size of the conclusion and the introduction are the same. The key thing in this case is the body which needs to have more words as the details are more in this case (Dumbbell et al. 2012).
