Korthagen and Vasalos also provide a useful way to ask yourself a series of questions that will help you to analyze and understand your own big picture, yourself, your understanding of your experiences and your abilities, and the context in which you must work to achieve your goals. The kinds of questions you see here will also be a part of the Discussions and Assignments during the ORGL seminars.
