To establish a long-term relationship with stakeholders, the business analysts and managers should satisfy them with proper process in a defined manner.  The stakeholder approach mainly illustrates the involvement of different group of people to share their ideas and make decisions. This is mainly approached by satisfying the stakeholders. The corporate style of governance can be improved with the stakeholders even though the process of internal governance is in good function.

Gathering the requirements and making the employees interact with the stakeholders will improve the performance and quality of the product. It saves a lot of time with stakeholders meeting to resolve the conflicts and deliver the product quickly. So that it will lead to a long-term relationship with the stakeholders and improves the firms. Stakeholders invest on a company, which is more passionate and maintain proper guidance. With the stakeholders the corporate governance takes place and leads towards a better functioning. But there are some opposition towards stakeholder-ship, some people debate that giving more importance to them is not required and misunderstandings also leads decrease the investments. As the weigh of advantages than disadvantages are more so implementing the stakeholder relationship will leads to benefits.

In Every organization, stakeholders play a vital role. The organization very much requires the support of the stakeholders. Without their help, organizations will not exist for a long time. Stakeholders will be either individuals or else they will be in the groups. A stakeholder approach in terms of management is nothing but the implementation must be done according to the desire of the stakeholders. The procedure is that if their needs are satisfied, then the organization can run successfully and will promote growth. On the theory of the stakeholders, the approach of stakeholder is dependent (Weitzner & Deutsch 2019).

By the implementation and the usage of the stakeholder approach, there will be a competitive spirit in the organization. But there are cons as well by the approach i.e the organization will face criticism for giving the extra importance than needed to the stakeholder's approach. The competition will be created more due to this approach between the organization as well as the stakeholders. For the benefits of corporate social responsibility, stakeholder approach plays a major role. If the stakeholder's approach won't support or use their skills and abilities then the goals and objectives of the organization cannot be determined. There is an indication not only to the owners but also have a commitment to the employees, customers. The indication is done by the approach of the stakeholders. The organization feels that by using the approach of the stakeholder, their organization will have a positive environment. One thing the organization should keep in mind that if the stakeholder's desires are satisfied then the organization will have a huge success. Any influence on the organization will not have by the stakeholder's approach but helps in reaching the success using their abilities. So the stakeholders are very important persons in the organization which helps them to achieve their goals and targets.
