Organizational Plan Inputs and Outputs

The human and physical resources for the alcohol awareness program at Sunnyside Academy include the outside

speakers, teachers, and administrators, as well as any material requirements (office supplies, meeting space,

etc.).

Organizational Plan Inputs

These include all of the resources that are required for successful implementation of a program. At Sunnyside

Academy, they include:

• Drug and alcohol professionals at Briargreen who help to design the program

• Teachers and administrators at Sunnyside Academy who implement the program

• Outside speakers who present information to the students

• The school auditorium and the classrooms in which the program is presented

• Posters and other promotional materials to inform the students

• Office supplies

Organizational Plan Outputs

These include measureable outputs of a program and documentation of the elements of that program. At

Sunnyside Academy, they include:

• Results of the pretest and posttest

• The schedule of outside speakers

• The budget for the program
