Briefly describe the six key organizational development tasks a company must complete if it is to succeed long-term. Apply each to an organization or company of your choice. Pick one company and discuss each development stage. The company of my choice is Walmart. Make sure to speak about each step in the pyramid concerning the company and how the step applies to the growing of the company.
