Project purpose and scope
The purpose of this proposed consulting process is coming along with advanced evaluations that can be put in place to manage Passion Connect inn the most advanced way. Besides, developed infrastructure is very critical in raising advanced infrastructure. In this case, performance management will include evaluating that can be put in place to manage and accurately have time schedules. The research will be carried out in a professional based process and must follow a methodological concept. The proposal will evaluate the current situation, practice, and organizational doctrines that are being used. On the same note, they will be evaluations of policy and recommendations that can be used to improve service delivery excellently.
Scope
In the recommendation phase, the long term approach is a share proposal that will take a long time to execute and manage at a more considerable extent. The result of the recommendation will take more time before development is realized.
