How organizing influences the role of a manager.
Organizing is another crucial role of managers in different organization and various companies. But in different instances, organizing determines the managerial function with a given company or an organization("The Impact of Organization Structure on Productivity," 2019). Coordination allows the manager to be able to form an appropriate plan on how he or she is going to distribute the available resource within the organization; the manager is also able to adequately be able to organize and manage the organization for the company's employees in according to the organization's strategic plan. Organizing has a significant influence to the managerial function since coordination allows the organization manager to be able to distribute the role of the individual employee, delegate various authority to different organization employees and the manager is also the one who provides the appropriate direction to employers in order to increase the productivity of the organization without any hindering barrier.
Human resources organizational structure for social resource teams.
Internal structure within the human resource department is essential since the internal structure is vital for the social resource teams determined by their function within the HR department. Internal structure within the HR team is a hierarchical structure where one of the group is the leader heading the other side ("How to Structure an HR Team of Any Size," 2019). The internal structure of the HR teams allows the organizational structure to be divided into small separate units. Each unit has its unit supervisor who is responsible for the HR team when the team leader is not within the organization. Each HR unit has distinct functions within the organization, for example, one group is capable of handling and dealing with the organization employees, and the other one is responsible for salaries to the employees.
The organizational chart in a declared functional area(sales department)
A functional structure is used in the sales department functional area of an organization. The operational structure allows the magnet to effectively divided the departments according to their respective function within the organization("The Impact of Organization Structure on Productivity," 2019). The manager of the organization is the one responsible for coordinating all functions and activities of the sales department functional area.
How organizational structure influences the role of management in human resources.
An effective human resource organizational structure can increase the efficiency of the organization managerial staff ,since the increased administrative efficiency will influence the active corporate managers to make efficient and brilliant decisions making which will positively impact and increase the productivity of the respective organization("How to Structure an HR Team of Any Size", 2019). Weak and incompetent organizational structure can negatively affect the managerial functions since the manager will make bad decisions which will affect the overall corporate departments and thus reducing the efficiency and the productivity of the respective organization. Tall organizational structure within the human resource department will increase the effective managerial accountability and makes the monitoring of the employees by the manager to be more accessible and effective.
How organizational structure influences the role of management in a declared functional area(sales department)
Functional departmentalization is vital in the sales department since the department have their specific function and operation within the organization("The Impact of Organization Structure on Productivity," 2019). An effective departmentalization organizational structure will increase the organizational efficiency since employees with the same sales skills, resources, and similar knowledge are grouped to work together within the organization thus increasing the productivity, sale volume and efficiency of the organization. Functional departmentalization can lead to narrow departmental determination and focus since the employees will not appreciate different views from different employees with the same ministerial skills within the organization.
