Organizational Goals

Health care manager is responsible for all activities that normally takes place in a healthcare center. He is a person who will be in charge of the entire health care functions and involved in the contraction of the organization plan as well as its facilities. In addition, he will be managing personnel by updating them in terms of training and various aspect of health care awareness. The following is plan on how department will be arranged in the health care organization:

· Managing director

· Chief Executive Officer

· Administration officers

· Health care personnel

In general, the health care organization will be headed by the directing manager who will be in charge of every activity that takes place in the organization. The organization’s CEO will be reporting to the directing manager as well as taking instructions from him. The CEO will be in charge of all other workforce in the organization. Administration officers will be in charge of various departments in the organization such as human resource department, financial department, service support department among other departments.
