■ Should be an established organization or a familiar start-up

■ Give brief background on context (part of the history)

Part 2 Organizational Strategy

■ What strategy or strategies are used?

■ Describe the strategy in the organization

■ Compare to another strategy (optional)

■ Make this on-point and relevant

■ Should be able to support this with the research on the organization

■ Have citations on the comparative strategy (optional if you use another strategy)

Part 3 Organizational Design & Effectiveness

■ Describe the organizational design

– Examples: centralized/decentralized;

hierarchy; global; local

■ How effective is it

– Does it work? Why or why not?
