In the 6 months since the pandemic; America has experienced over 170,000 confirmed deaths and millions more diagnosed as a result of the virus-- including a record number of business closings (both large and small) and the highest unemployment rate since the great depression. 

How would you rate the government's response thus far in this unprecedented situation overall? [Address this question in your Intro Paragraph]
