Section 2
In the description of this section, the leadership in chapters, I can say that many people can find themselves in such situations by either being late or any other problem. Therefore, the following leadership concepts apply.
Constancy: As a leader, you must ensure that you can respond positively to some particular behaviours that have a clear and consistent boundary about how punctual one can be. This was the case I can say I landed into by being confronted with having attacked an employee and I was accused of being biased over the same.
Confidence: This another important aspect of the dealing with the employee uncertain about any course of action that can be pursued in any given action given. Confidence is the major and important tool of having the process of bringing employees together and doing a thing in an important way forward. In having the second thought then it is important to have the tool work effectively (Leadership and Leadership Development in Health Care, (n.d.)).
Empathy: As a leader it is important to be considerate on the aspect of having the interests of the employees at heart and be able to understand the different needs of the different persons especially the ladies who are expectant and be aware of their needs and the attention that they may need to have in taking care of the unborn and the newborn kids, but if it is not the case then the ethics of work should be followed and adhered to strictly. The outcome was certain. The employees, on the other hand, have enhanced and in two weeks would get the opportunity to function as reliable as ever.
Another circumstance where I was ineffectual as a leader was the point at which I was managing an aloof forceful worker. This worker was absurd, stiff-necked and difficult to speak with. I didn't have control over my feelings and outrage. At whatever point I had an encounter with this representative I would dependably eject not realizing that responding sincerely worsens things. The worker thusly close down and harboured irate sentiments towards me. I was additionally not reliable with a portion of the things I had guaranteed my group them because of unavoidable conditions. This cultivated thoughts of concealed motivation executed with a similar representative.
On the other hand, it is the strategic thinking that can be applied to help to improve the ability to see the bigger picture on how to manage the situation and take a longer range, broader business perspective. Learn to step back from the day-to-day tactical details of your business and focus on the way it should be given the consideration (Leadership and Leadership Development in Health Care, (n.d.)).
Section 3
What motivates me?
The passion that is seen in the healthcare motives me most, as I get encouraged with the kind of the work I see going on in the different departments in the healthcare. I thumb it up for the raised performance levels that are involved in this case and the commitment that the people are engaged into and the general factors that can be involved in the process.
On the other hand, is the personal skills that motivate me to feel confident in my leadership skills in executing my roles in the healthcare. I had believed that I had the right skills and leadership traits like creativity, integrity and accountability, problem-solving, and other important skills that may be needed in performing the same roles (What's the Best Leadership Style for Healthcare? (n.d.)).
In putting into consideration, administering my leadership style has the best effect on how employees feel about a function I find it easy to develop a hopeful atmosphere. I would purposefully make an atmosphere that feels hopeful. Such a situation gives individuals trust that great things will originate from their diligent work.
In advancing positive personality in workplaces shapes how a man feels, on the off chance that it goes well you feel positive if not, will not. I would help advance a positive character in my group by helping them comprehend the impacts of their work on business comes about. Energize colleagues. Offer my thankfulness for their achievements and commitment. If that my authority enables individuals to like themselves, inspiration increases.
What can demotivate me is the lack of process in the development agenda of the healthcare management system that involves the livelihoods of the persons on the healthcare system that can help in the process of having the patients to be served effectively to help in the success of the healthcare faculty, but without the commitment towards the rightful way in managing this, then it becomes the problem of the major concern to the management of the healthcare service providers.
In Support of the work-life mix as a way of improving the employee motivation, I would not make an obsessive worker strategy. I would energize contribution in exercises outside work. The purpose of this is whether they are happy with their own life, they would perform better in their expert life. This additionally flags I am aware of their life outside of work which is profoundly persuading. This strategy is based on the prominence of the ideal situation of management and to provide the healthcare service effectively.
Section 4
A nontechnical behaviour to broaden hierarchical process models in light of as far as possible to reasonability by including ecological components which effect subjective working. The paper has created three summed up ideas got from psychology which might be valuable to the expert in that a possible theory of advancement and the differential dispersion of intellectual unpredictability in the organization. Role theory and the strain between part desires and individual conviction sets. Primacy and the movement and delivery of shared convictions in organizations (Leadership in healthcare organizations, (n.d.)).
All in all, the cognition focuses can be claimed at being attributed on verbal and non-verbal behaviours that indicate internal mental processes that are thinning perceiving, decision making etc. that can be managed at a level that does not provide the security of the tenure in the behaviour management. Knowing my cognitive style as a leader and the cognitive style of the people I work with. When devising methods to improve communication and teamwork I need to know what styles work best.
