Above, managers at all operational levels of the business will be given a high level of autonomy which gives them mandate to make a decision based on the needs and demands of the local needs (Wheelen et al., 2017). The organizational structure will also be established in such a way that redundant layers that are found within the hierarchy are eliminated and the dotted and direct line reporting will see to it that the information is able to flow through the company without clogging the functioning veins of the company because of the bureaucratic mindsets (Harper, 2015). Why the Quality, Productivity, and Profitability Are Important Elements in the Planning Process
After the determination of the needs of the customer, the business will try to concentrate on meeting the demands of the customers by producing high quality products at a rate that can be deemed efficient. In other words, SWATCH Beverage Company can realize quality, profitability and productivity by securing commitments of the employees and the other three levels of management (Wheelen et al., 2017). In this case, the top level management can implement sound management and control practices, adopt modern techniques of production, employ effective research and development strategies and improve their time management skills (Harper, 2015). Additionally, the middle management team can help SWATCH business to improve on its profitability by planning and coordinating productivity and quality efforts. Furthermore, the low-level commitment to quality management can work with employees in establishing strategies that can improve and elevate the company productivity through change acceptance, improving all aspects of their work.
Productivity is accepted as the existing relationship between a certain the output and the resources that were required to produce it. On the other hand, profitability is the end product that is left from the sales after eliminating all the costs have been extracted. As a result, the cost efficiency in the planning process can be an instrumental in all the stages of the market system until when it reaches consumption (Harper, 2015). Therefore, the strategic planning of any of the three factors should not be setup in a way that it interferes with the functioning of the other. Therefore, as long as the company is able to interact with various partners and customers, and be able to develop a stringent relationship between the employees and all levels of management, the profitability, quality and productivity levels should remain exemplary.

The critical resources that will need to be taken into consideration is the technology that will be crucial in the creation of the company services and products (Wheelen et al., 2017). Another resource is finances that will be employed in paying for the costs and expenses of the company. Finally, the people whose attributes and talents are employed in doing the work that is required. The primary driver of the resources is the vision and mission of the business which establishes the reason of employing resources in the company (Harper, 2015). Apparently, successful organizations have business and strategic plans that false in line on how these resources are employed and managed.
When developing strategic planning at SWATCH Beverage Company, the management team will work towards ensuring that the plans allocated for each resources are constructed in line with each other. Apparently, the reason behind this is that the resources are interdependent since the actions on one resource may have an implication on the other (Kerzner, & Kerzner, 2017). As a result, the human resource team should be able to comprehend the connection between the technology, people and finances and the best way that a plan for each resource can be created (Harper, 2015). There is no particular chronology that is required to be followed when implementing this resources. Each of them could be developed on their own. However, before completing the strategic planning, it is important to match all the resources (Wheelen et al., 2017). Since SWATCH will only be able to achieve success if there is effective alignment of finance, technology and mission.it is the responsibility of the managers of the company to manage and utilize the resources effectively to the fulfillment of the desires of the stakeholders.as the company’s top management identifies the level to which technology, finances and the people will be employed, the implication on each of them is also computed (Harper, 2015). SWATCH Beverage will ensure that the employees in the training program are managed by international group of service management team that will also be responsible for their compensation (Kerzner, & Kerzner, 2017). The company will try to establish compensation programs that will assist in transferring and hiring talent around the globe without causing huge compensation barriers for global workers (Harper, 2015). As a result, their taxes will be computed based on their current payment terms just like in their native country which can be crucial in attracting highly qualified expatriates to the company.

The top management team will focus on identifying and curbing deviations in the company operational standards before they happen. The company will specialize on focusing on financial resources, material and the human resources within the company (Wheelen et al., 2017). As such, SWATCH Beverage Company will ensure that this strategy is evident when it comes to the hiring of employees and choosing of talent across the globe. In this case, the employees will be subjected to an aptitude test so as to ensure that the necessary job skills for a particular task in the company are realized (Harper, 2015).
