The immigration policy is one that has been up for debate in the united states for a long time and one which has become one of the main campaign agendas for Presidential Candidates Donald Trump and Hillary Clinton. Donald Trump's stand on this agenda is one strict one as he supports the forceful deportation of the millions of immigrants in the country but Hillary things that Trump is using an aggressive and offensive approach towards the whole issue (Haynes, Merolla & Ramakrishnan, 2016). While the whole issue of immigration and immigrants in the country has a lot of negative effects to the country, it is still very important to take into consideration human rights and uphold humanity in the policy adopted to solve this issue.

1. Introduction
This section will include background information in regard to the issue of immigration in the country that has led to the debates.
2. To sides of the debate
This section will elaborate in details on the stands being held by the two parties on opposing sides of the debates. This section will debate the stand used to support trump’s forceful immigration agenda and the stand used to oppose.
3. Solution recommendation
This section will provide the answer to the question: What direction do you feel should be taken in the country in order to solve the specific problems mentioned? This is the section that will contain most of the information in the paper.
4. Conclusion
This section will summarise that opinions and facts presented in the other three parts of the essay.
