Further, due to the increase in demand for online education, Holt et al (2014) have depicted the need for an environment of collaboration by promoting online learning.

Results

Holt et al (2014) found that there was a confirmatory evidence of its entity which makes it right to conclude that building distributed leadership must start through leadership commitment starting from top management of the organization. In this case, the article is based on the content of the reviewer and the aim of the message to be passed by the authors. As a result, I resonate with the sources as the peer-viewed sources. The article is explicit and contains the in-depth information that discusses the related affairs in a well-organized manner. The authors’ findings are reliable because the investigation was covered nationally.
