Oral #2: PPT NPO Presentation with Custom Backgrounds, Static Images, and Sound

Requirements:

1. Please be prepared when called on.  10 points will deducted if you are cannot give your presentation on time.

2. Use sales presentation form, 4 minutes

· Not-for-Profit Organization assigned by instructor.

· A  single   feature, product, or organizational service selected by student.

· Purpose: persuade client to donate to the organization.

· Sound and images; no animation, no transitions, no videos

3. General presentation design requirements

· Select a Microsoft theme only to set the colors. 

· Using Photoshop, create two or more custom slide backgrounds and save as JPEG files.

· Select Slide Master and add company name, company logo, your name to the Slide master

· Select Title Layout and add custom JPEG image to background.

· Select Title and Custom Layout and add custom JPEG image to background.

4. Oral 2 design requirements.

· RBO, LBO title slide, Preview, Body, Review, LBC contact information, RBC.

· Except for RBO, RBC, and title slide, a product-related image on every slide.

· Only one slide in the body will summarize the organization; the remainder will discuss the product.

· Specific donation amount information will be included on at least one slide.

· Sound (.WAV or .MP3 format), sound and images will be included and stored in the folder with the presentation.  Do not use clip sound. Sound will be played automatically, and will NOT be your own voice.  No more than 12 seconds of sound.

5. Save presentation and related materials in COB T: drive Oral 2 folder.

6. As with Oral presentation 1, convert the full presentation document to an Acrobat PDF file: Build a PowerPoint presentation title page, build a brief description of Oral 2, and create audience handouts (6 images per page), speaker notes (1 image per page with notes), and presentation structure (3 images per page with RBO, LBO title slide, preview, body, review, LBC contact information, RBC slides labeled).   All handouts will have headers and footers.
