Emails are a great way of communication. Many organizations use emails are the primary source of getting important information across to their employees. 

i don't think people really realize that anything, from social media, to pictures and even emails, things that are anything remotely close to the Internet, have the potential to bite you right back in the behind. Perfect example this video, it could be the most minimal comment but can do the most harm. When it comes to emails between coworkers in a company, those tend to be monitored, and again using the video as a reference, that it can be incriminating and have serious consequences. When you're at your workplace, its understandable that things and places and even people sometimes become tedious. You have to remember that business look for professionalism at all times and many companies do not tolerate anything else. 

Business should be kept as business, professional. If you don't want anything to come into the light the solution is simple dont say it, send it, email it or post it.

 Emails are essential for businesses because, emails can be delivered fast, email can be connected to your phone or business device,you can send copies of the email to different people at the same time, emails are legal electronic documents and emails can leave an electronic trail.  Emails can help you keep track with your appointments, You can send attachments with your email, and you can send an email anytime of the day or night.

     When using emails for your business it can be abused, the emails can be traced, stopped or even read, like in the video, congress was grilling Mr. Sach about the emails that he sent talking about the company that he was selling to was a bad deal, everything that was said in those emails was read by someone that wasn't supposed to read them.  If you send an email to the wrong person, the person that received it can show others or even forwarded to a person that was not tended to see it, emails can be infiltrated and your information can be changed and cause a negative impact on the company.
