Our customers product expectation will also be our first priority. We will be very careful regarding our financial and accounting analysis to ensure the efficiency and proper controls.

Infrastructure / Facilities :

Since we are targeting organizations in Commerce and the school as well as custom orders for teams and custom orders online and in the store. We have decided to manufacture in the heart of Commerce at 2301 Pecan St., Commerce, Tx. We chose this because its very close to campus and provides you with enough space for machines and sales products. The price of the building is $199,900 and is 2,911 square feet. To transact sales we will be using square register , which is a digital touch screen cashier system that cost $799 and we will need two. For our custom orders we will have Inspiron 24 3000 all in one Dell Desktop touch screen products with a custom t-shirt software where customers can come in and customize their own shirts and we print it. We will also need wifi and phone service and cable $129 which we will get through spectrum for $89.99. Also, we will have a high tech security system through ADT brinks which will cost 125 instillation and a $59 monthly fee. For employees to clock in and out we will use a company called Crown Security Products for $499 which includes a fingerprint system. The lights will be provided by reliant energy which offers a package for free lights between 8:00 p.m-8:00 a.m and has a monthly fee of $1,250. The total cost is $203,466.

Equipment :

In order to be successful in our business, there is equipment that will be necessary in assisting us through our processes. To start out, it will be necessary to obtain a manual printing press; the press specific to our company vision runs about $1,255.00. We believe we will need two of these in order to be more efficient with larger orders and keep our employees busy. This press allows us to control the temperature of the heating process for which the design will meet the t-shirt; the costs of this machine will contribute to the electricity bill as it is to be plugged into an outlet. To actually bring one’s vision to life, we will also need a screen printing unit that will allow us to physically create the design that will go on the t-shirt; these units run about $80 each, and we expect to acquire three. One of the final machine related products we will need is emulsion paint. This paint in particular favors the different fabrics of clothing and is coated onto the screen printing unit to add color to one’s design; this paint runs about $20 a can and a single can is expected to create 15-25 designs based on the size.

Production Plan :

We believe it is both useful and necessary to have our production process written out and displayed for our employees. Having a set process makes production easier, more efficient, and allows for a simpler training process.

Our production process consists of:

1. Consultation is held to create a custom design or order is placed online or through our store.

2. Design and product created :

a. Design is created

b. Emulsion (ink) is exposed for the instructed amount of time

c. The screen is cleaned and prepared for printing

d. Screen is placed on printing/heat press and prepare to print

e. Ink is pressed through the screen onto fabric

f. The product and the ink dry and put any finishing touches/fix mistakes

3. Product packaged and distributed accordingly or set aside for pick up.
