In the business and also in an organization there will be having the head of an organization. He will be playing a major role throughout the organization and he will be taking a lot of decisions. Business owners need to take all the systems and make the business to run effectively even though a business owner is the head of the business but he doesn't need to have knowledge in each and everything. In some of the work, he may do not have any knowledge regarding that particular work in some of the areas the business sometimes will be answer get lack in not moving are stepping forward without having fresh ideas. The organization and also the business should implement a new way of thinking ideas according to the changing world. Head of the organization should make all the employers together at a place and involve in the decision making so that it can be helpful in number of ways by making the business standard the employees who are working will be having different kinds of skills and different kinds of techniques so they may keep out all their thoughts and new ideas which some manager never thought of involving the employees in making the decisions.

It will be beneficial for the business and also for the employees if at all the boss in the organization do not implement new ideas then he will be lack in his business for not having the new kind of ideas if at all the employees involved in decision making every employee will be expressing different kinds of skills among them any one of the thought can be useful for the organization. Let the employees to give input him in making the decisions the best will still value their opinions ask them to keep out their opinions then their opinions can give different perspectives in making the good and better decisions employers will be working for the customers so the employees will come to know about the buyers about what they are wanted to by what time of the goods are selected by them and they request the employers sometimes also comes with the revenue-generating and with some of the ideas which they will help in reducing the cost if at all the employees take some of the decisions then hear the boss will be also get free up in his work at some areas given the employees are involved in making decisions then the employees do not give up their ideas for their opinions in the time the manager or the Boss who is having in the organization should ask their advice so to see their advice then there will be some of the ways such a suggestion box employee survey and leadership team.
