I have sent you a code in moodle chat for the clifton-gallup strengths finder assessment. We will talk about this in class today and I will use class time to help you start your assessment.

Do I have to upload my strengths test results? You can screenshot your results like I did in my presentation and that is fine.

Do I have to read the whole textbook, what if my results are not in certain categories: Yes you need to know how to relate to people of different strengths.

Should I include my weaknesses? No this is a strengths test to evaluate what you are good at and how you can use that more effectively. It is a self-reflective activity to help you better use your strengths.

I only have 3 strengths, What do I do? You should have 5 strengths, those strengths may only be under 2 or 3 categories (Executing, Influencing, Relationship Building, and Strategic Thinking). Your strengths are from the list of 34 possible strengths (you should have 5 strengths).
