Facebook is better compared to other social media networks. The evidential claim that Facebook is better than other social media platforms is evidenced by the recent outage that caused many subscribers to the network filled with disgruntlement leading to the subscribes inability to join other social media platforms. The recent outage that caused massive outcry is explained by the profound concern with the outage not involving the few numbers of people switching to competitive services or how much money Facebook loses, but what it means for the people who rely on Facebook services to communicate with loved ones, run their businesses, or support their communities (Zuckerberg, 1). There was a widespread outcry, and Zuckerberg had to write a social media post to address the concern. Many customers argue that they would not perform their daily activities without Facebook, and thus they described it as the best social media platform that they can engage. Facebook is a vital source of information for people because it feds them with communication. Zuckerberg, in his address, states that billions of people love his products, which is why the numbers keep increasing because they cannot do without it the app.
