Case

Please thoroughly read the case, then write a case analysis focusing on the questions provided below. Each case should include the following components:

· Relevant background

· Analysis of each case question

· Include an analysis of each alternative if a decision is required and support for why your choices. The goal here is to use concepts you have learned in the course to answer the questions. This means you should be attempting calculations and using metrics from class as much as possible.

· Appendix

· Include any relevant graphs, figures, and tables.

· Include any calculations referenced in the main body

· Summary graphs can be included in the main body, but keep an eye on overall flow.

1. What should Walkins do? What factors help explain Olympic’s performance? What market forces may impede it in the future?

2. What are the strengths and the weaknesses of car rental loyalty programs and Olympic’s Medalist program specifically? Please assess this from the perspective of Olympic management, the airport operators, the rental customers, and customer employers.
