Dunns moves to solidify the turnaround of Sesame street.

During Halloween, Jefferey Dunn, the Sesame workshop CEO, was distressed by Sesame Street's decisiveness and toxicity. He wanted to pass a statement to their employees of what Sesame Street stands for. Jeffery Dunn rally wanted to work in the sector of charity, but his wife had taken a few years traveling to the beach. He explains how he is not ready and not sure if he could be. In the 50s, he was interested in applying the skills to various problems that were termed to be social. Dunn has much impact on the structural and cultural change of the Sesame workshop. He established the creation of two business units. He is one of the philanthropy of Sesame Street and has socially impacted the work. Most of the fans are funded by government foundations. He ran the Sesames Television, media operations, licensing operations that could operate in Sesame Street's bottom-line. Many people assumed that the non-profit initiative meant that they could not make money or lose money, as Jefferey Dunn explains. He says non-profit is a tax status, meaning if the revenue obtained does not exceed the expenses, then there is no need to stay in business because it cannot be sustainable.

Dunn's moves to solidify the turnaround of Sesame street were long-term and sustainable. The first move that Dunn made is checking on the public broadcasting service of Sesame street. For forty-five years, many pre-schoolers had learned in recognition of letters together with the love cookie monster. The public broadcasting service was paying for the rights covered by the broadcast, which represented ten percent less than the production costs. After this, Dunn negotiated to deal with HBO for a licensing that could take five years (Kanter, &Kim, 2020pg2). The cable channel that was premium was hard to deal with the HBO because of the violent content. HBO was to pay for Sesame street productions; hence they would get the air's right was newly produced with a series of episodes with nine months' access. After that, the public broadcasting service will then obtain the shows for free.

The negotiation made with HBO significantly changed the economy of Sesame street. It significantly replaced revenue that was lost from the use of DVDs and many other types of merchandise (Kanter, &Kim. 2020pg2). Comparing June 2014 and June 2017, Sesame street made an operating profit of over 6.7 million dollars and a revenue of 118 million dollars. Also, Dunn took another approach in helping Sesame in the sector of education technology. He developed an internal innovation lab that would take four years. The innovation did not produce viable products that could help in the lounge of the Sesame street ventures to begin investing in children's education and health development. Dunn explains how he was going to school with all those kids listening and even talking to them to know how things happen from the start.

Sesame had invested in over forty start-ups, including the epic, which gave the kids and teachers access to the personalized library that was digital and had high-quality ebooks. Sales kits helped the children in computer coding. Dunn explains how children are the most vulnerable people on this planet, and improving their lives will create a more secure world for all people of Sesame (Kanter, &Kim, 2020 pg2). He made a new program that was to be shown on digital platforms, Televisions, and mobiles. There was also extra content for education that was given to parents and clinic centers.

Other long-term and sustainable projects that Dunn solidified in Sesame street were a nationwide road trip that could help the street friends and families host events in the community. They were to be in about ten cities all over the country. He made an initiative to

expand Sesame street's growth by addressing foster care and substance abuse issues to help support children and families that were vulnerable. He launched a new local version of Sesame Street that displaced many families from the serial communities, e.g., Iraq, Syria, and Lebanon. He established a signature research report that could help explore the essential issues facing families and kids in today’s lives. He fuelled fan and celebrity social media campaigns that included my street to show Sesame Street's memories.

Structure permission to maximize Sesame street potential

Assessing the organization structures and changes that focused on Sesame street’s core media operations, and philanthropy's significant social impacts, the system permits each area to maximize its potential. In the core media operations, the music was used in connection with Sesame street’s parks that included licensed products and advertisement of promotional materials. Sesame street music clears the party rights and pays all the costs associated with the third party, including musicians, fees for public performances, prices for copyright issues, and producers. There has been approved in financial terms that apply to the recording of owned music. Production of videos is all necessary for clearing the third party's rights, including the appearance of actors in the video and payment of writers of the video.

The Sesame street structure permits each area to maximize its potential because the professional services are straightforward. Being the managing CEO, Jeffery Dunn is seen working closely with small committees and department heads such as HBO. The Sesame street public broadcasting service explores many ways to improve their performance with the HBO partners and their associates. Dunn made sure that there was feedback to get a useful

measurement in the broadcasting service and obtain a good performance. During the negotiation, the consultants were asked to consider meeting up with the CEO, leading to a change in the development of the public broadcasting service of Sesame street.

The education structure of Sesame street permitted the area to maximize its potential by providing ways and methods that helped improve education technology. The managing partner evaluated different ways to find a way that will enable them to see the performance of

education technology and hence identify strategies that could help improve Sesame street’s children's education. They made a way to obtain feedback about how the education system was faring on in Sesame Street (Kanter, &Kim, 2020pg2). They provided teaching materials to the children together with their parents. Sesame Street's educational technology dealt with internal and external relationships between parents and children, leading to good functioning.

The philanthropy had a significant impact, which led to Sesame street permitting structure to maximize its potential. There was a large organization led by Dunn Jeffery, which helped to monitor Sesame Street's external environments. Despite the fact that there was a rapid change in the organization of the street, the CEO and managers attempted to adapt to the different changes that occurred in the broadcasting environments and the educational environments. There was a successful adaptation that made a change in the internal organization of Sesame street. The internal structure changed, which focused on the external environment, including the health sector, the broadcasting sector, and the education sector. The Sesame streets interacted with their internal and external structures, which led to

maximizing its potential. The structure of the standalone parks of Sesame streets was changed and focused on coloring its adjustment in the SEA park, organized with a separate gate for collecting the admission fees.

Balancing from strictly non-profit broadcasting to community broadcasting

The philanthropic work and awards were appropriate in balancing the departing’s from strictly non-profit broadcasting to community broadcasting. It helped in the provision of direction and vision clarity of Sesame street. The philanthropic work launched a vision statement that provided a change in the broadcasting organization of Sesame Street. The vision mobilized different behaviors that were appropriate. The work created clear and simple concepts that versioned of what tomorrow would need. There was a balance between shifting from strictly non-profit broadcasting to community broadcasting because it helped reduce the costs, hence improving the profit in Sesame Street's broadcasting organization. The philanthropist balances this by initiating different processes that allowed development in the vision of the community broadcasting (Burke, &Paine, 2008 pg56). Balancing was necessary because it allowed a wide range of participation through the community broadcasting launching compared to the strictly non-profit broadcasting.

The philanthropic work and awards were appropriate in the balancing from the strictly non-profit broadcasting to community broadcasting because this helped change the Sesame street culture, thus enabling people to adapt to the new ways of life. There was a balance because it allowed the broadcasting organization of Sesame street to focus, create a reality, and capture the attention of the people living in the street. It was appropriate because

there were no standards that were technical and required sacrifice. Even though people might have questioned why the philanthropic work shifted from strictly non-profit broadcasting to community broadcasting, this finally led to a balance because the street needed a broadcasting organization of high standards and provided profits for Sesame street. There was a balance because, before the launching, peoples’ desires were considered because they were put first. The change focused on creating a good broadcasting organization in Sesame street that could be affordable and free for every person in the streets to afford.

Philanthropic work and awards was an appropriate balance of shifting from strictly non-profit broadcastings to community broadcastings because it was an exemplary implementation of such a launch in Sesame Street. The philanthropists controlled peoples’ average needs, and no matter how things seemed to fall out of place or control, they stepped in and made sure it was a success shifting from the non-profit broadcastings to community broadcastings. The philanthropists were consistent and worked hard to obtain the trust of the people of Sesame Street. Their work was led with heart and head. Doing this led to the capture of people’s hearts and having financial discipline, which would lead the streets to be at the right place financially.

Philanthropic awards balanced the shifting from strictly non-profit broadcasting to community broadcasting. There was an expansion in refugees' crisis, which surfaced in 2017 due to a large scale cleansing of the ethnic communities. They helped transform the work of the humanitarian sector by supporting the refugees to seek opportunities. They also helped in responding to the humanitarian transformation by including early education. There was a big difference and a balance between the shifting from non-profit broadcasting to community broadcasting because people felt that it made a huge big difference in the past two years, which made them feel like they were part of the movement. Sesame Street had found a spotlight on the balance. The philanthropists proclaimed that their vision was for Sesame street to be a model in broadcasting response worldwide. They were accountable to Sesame Street people by explaining why they shifted from strictly non-profit broadcasting to commune broadcasting.

Sesame sufficient winning momentum of handling challenges

Sesame Street had a sufficient winning momentum of handling challenges in 2019. In a challenge of children having trauma, Sesame street has launched tools to help those children experiencing trauma, especially from violence to hurricanes. Trauma can be life-changing, and kids may end up being resilient. Sesame Street has offered free resources that can be acquired online, such as games, videos, storybooks, and different activities presented in English and Spanish. Doing this has helped children process feelings during difficulties, making them feel relaxed and safe while their adrenaline races with their emotions. They have created programming which has helped to cope up with parents who are deployed. They had helped to address the challenge of how people should deal with grief in a time of despair when they lost a loved one. They have developed several materials about trauma to respond to the community from a broad point of view.

They had adequate and affordable education tools for handling any challenges that arise and occur in the education system of Sesame. They have created several computing programs that have allowed children to learn coding at an early stage. There have been significant projects that Sesame street management has provided in the education system. For example, by providing eBooks, research books, and journals to the children, they have broadcasted educational programs on televisions, the internet, and mobile that are easily accessible by teachers, parents, and children. They have facilitated good infrastructure buildings in various schools that have helped solve the challenges of education technology (Kanter, &Kim, 2020pg4). They have made parents and their children familiar with the Sesame street education system's characters that have helped broach the education system's difficulties. The management has provided iPads that share educational programs and activities, making it easier to grasp the messages required in their learning process.

The mission of Sesame street

Sesames' mission is powerful enough to help it through a crisis that might challenge its operational models. According to the president and the CEO of the Sesame street workshop, Sesame Street's mission is to create an innovative, content engaging that can maximize the education power in the media to help children reach their potential. The mission has helped create some large formulae that have been friendly to human characters and develop reflective diversities (Kanter, &Kim, 2020 pg3). The workshop had generated more than thirty core productions in the international sector, which has unique characters. This can help them pass through a crisis because there is a shared experience among children, widely spread in almost all television shows globally. The core productions engage the children in developing and focusing on the magic contained in Sesame street, thus capturing the cultural flavors in the religions. In the education crisis, the workshop has created cognitive skills together with an oral comprehension that has facilitated a higher learning rate in both Mathematics and reading that has led to children achieving their potential (Kanter, &Kim, 2020pg4).

In the crisis of disagreements and misunderstanding, the mission is powerful enough to help challenge the operational models because the Sesame mission teaches tolerance, self-esteem, and kindness. Many children who have been faced with loss and fear that followed from the hurricane that happened in Katrina have been taught to be safe and showed love. The mission works because there is mutual understanding among the people of Sesame Street. In the crisis of having refugees, the Sesame mission is accompanied by a humanitarian system that helps different people to acquire homes and shelter. The mission has built transparency and accountability that has recognized the culture of the people of Sesame Street. The mission has made an internal evolution that has made it easy to plan money that will be used to help refugees. The mission launched a Sesame street in communities in 2015 that partnered with the United States organizations to help tackle those who were faced with trauma from vulnerable communities.

Sesame street ability and resilience

I would bet on Sesame street's resilience on his ability to pull together and innovate when a crisis occurs because it has very many experiences validated and reinforced to deal with the demands of children and people of Sesame Street. They have created new television shows and projects that have helped reach a considerable scale to ensure that the health sector, the education sector, and children and families that face displacement receive adequate facilities and care. This has built resilience in the organization of Sesame street since many critical issues are tackled quickly. They are focused on building an education system for children and importantly addressed trauma in those who faced it in the Hurricane. They built powerful broadcasting stations that natured and enriched different relationships in Sesame street.

In conclusion, Jeffery Dunn made a massive turnaround that led to the long-term sustainability of Sesame street. He made several changes in the mission, strategic plans, vision, and partnerships at large. He clarified how the organization's goals should be achieved and followed. During the Sesame street organizations' prelaunch, he gave legit reasons on why those changes should be applied. He created divisions that were independent to operate separately. Sesame street is resilient and has achieved its ability to show significant success in the education sector, health sector, and broadcasting sector. Sesame Street has maintained its momentum by consistently monitoring the external environment of the organization.
