Subject: Your Current and Future Office Space Allocations
Employees of TrustUs Insurance,
As some of you may know, our office suite here at headquarters has long housed many
functions of our organization. Today, however, the office of facilities allocation, headed by
Voletta Williams, is looking to afford various employees a larger and more private office space.
In TrustUs’s headquarter office today, there are thirty-five cubicles, and twenty
enclosed offices, with employees in each. Following execution of this project, there will be
several additional enclosed offices are being made available, and various employees will be
receiving new offices by the discretion of the facilities department. For reference and
transparency, the new offices currently under construction are of equal size and have equal
privacy as the enclosed offices in this building as of today. Please also be informed that this
change, will not only afford some employees new offices, it may also result in the expansion of
some cubicles to further accommodate employees.
If today, you feel as though you or another employee truly deserves a larger and more
private office space, please forward the following information to [email protected], with the
subject, “RE: Office Space”. To be further considered, or to express your work-based need for a
larger and more private office space, enclose in an official email, the specific reasons that you
require a larger and more private office space, for example, a work-related requirement for
privacy, the need for more storage space, or specific technology space requirements. All
employees interested must write back no later than 4:30 PM on Tuesday, July 17, 2018 to be
considered. This information will further be processed by the facilities department, and
individuals will be notified if they are getting an expansion or change in their work space.
