What needs to change or improve for the organization?

Target is always growing and improve. They have commitments to improve their inclusive experience. Their goal is to deliver an equitable experience for all Team Members, Drive inclusive leadership and individual behavior(target.com, 2020).

Target also can change and improve in their international customer base. Target is a large retailer in the United States and tried to enter Canada in 2013 but failed and exited Canada in 2015, (Page, 2020).They have increased their e-commerce sites and now could work on building the distribution sites in other countries to support the online presence.
